Our site in the north of the island is located in the Braye Road Industrial Estate which is a designated Key Industrial Area. The estate lies on the western outskirts of St Sampson along Braye Road and is therefore well located with good access to St Peter Port, St Sampson and the Vale.

It also benefits from being on one of the main container routes which allows articulated vehicles up to 16.55 metres to travel there from the St Peter Port harbour between the hours of 9.00pm and 6.45am.

Set within the Guernsey Press Complex, our 7 commercial units range from 800 sqare feet to 2,000 square feet and each are fitted with vehicle access doors, water supply, lighting and 3-phase power.
